Be Right Back Chair Massage reserves the right to refuse clients.

Be Right Back Chair Massage is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings.

Cancellation

Cancellation by individual client:

If canceled within 24 hours, the cost of the chair massage will be charged to you, unless we agree on an alternative date. The cancellation is only valid once it has been confirmed by Be Right Back Chair Massage.

Cancellation by business client: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the agreed costs will be charged. Within 24 Hours: the full agreed amount will be charged. The cancellation is only valid once it has been confirmed by Be Right Back Chair Massage. Reduction of the number of clients within 48 hours: the costs for the originally booked number of

people will be charged. This does not apply if an hourly rate has been agreed upon.

Cancellation by Be Right Back Chair Massage:

In the event of illness or (sudden) unavailability of the masseur, Be Right Back Chair Massage will inform you as soon as possible and arrange a new date in consultation with you.

Medical situation

If you have any medical conditions, it is important to consult with your doctor or specialist before receiving a massage.

Before the first session, you’ll be asked some questions about your health and medical history. If there’s any doubt about an existing condition or injury, the masseur reserves the right to stop the treatment. Follow-up sessions can resume once your doctor gives approval.

It is essential that you inform the masseur of your health condition. If you withhold information about any conditions, injuries, or similar issues, Be Right Back Chair Massage can’t be held responsible for any consequences during or after the chair massage.
