This hourly rate also includes all 5 minutes in between the time slots and all 3 breaks. I charge by the hour to account for times when employees on the schedule might miss their appointments, and sometimes those slots aren’t taken by others.
If the location of your choice is outside the greater Amsterdam area: mileage reimbursement (€ 0,23 per km, excluding 9% BTW, counted from Zaandam) is applied.
If you are an employer and you wish for your employees to pay a part
of the massage costs privately, the settlement with the employee will then be processed through
your internal payroll administration. BRB will send your company one consolidated invoice.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the issue date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the agreed costs will be charged.
Within 24 Hours: the full agreed amount will be charged. The cancellation is only valid once it has been confirmed by Be Right Back Chair Massage.
Reduction of the number of clients.
Within 48 hours: the costs for the originally booked number of people will be charged. This does not apply if an hourly rate has been agreed upon.
